Set in the heart of Paddington Central, Howard Brothers were appointed to deliver of range of bespoke works to this comprehensive refurbishment of 3 Sheldon Square; a much regarded part of the British Land real estate portfolio. Spanning 150,000 sq ft, the project involved a reimagined reception area, improved communal spaces and a comprehensive upgrade of the washroom facilities across 12 floors. A recurring design theme throughout the project was the vibrant use of colour and a bespoke red stained timber was approved by the client team for use throughout.
Sustainability was at the heart of the project and what began as a target to achieve BREEAM Excellent, went further than anticipated — the scheme was ultimately awarded BREEAM Outstanding, a testament to the quality of delivery and commitment to sustainability.
The result is a revitalised workplace that now sets a new benchmark in Paddington Central, balancing comfort, sustainability, and cutting-edge design.
