Pavyllon Restaurant & Bar Antoine – Four Seasons, London
The opening of Pavyllon London and Bar Antoine, marked the arrival of multi Michelin starred chef, Yannick Alléno at the Four Seasons Park Lane. Conceived by acclaimed interior architect Chahan Minassian, Howard Brothers were proud to be appointed to this prestigious project, completing bespoke works across the 90 seat restaurant, cocktail bars, and the private dining areas located on the second floor.
The interior design is nothing short of opulent, featuring ten varieties of marble, curved walnut veneer panelling, and luxurious upholstered seating finished in bouclé, mohair velvet, and woven silks. The result is a sophisticated, yet welcoming space, perfectly complementing the restaurants’ Michelin star status.

Summary
This project was a resounding success, achieved despite a series of unique challenges. Faced with an immovable opening date, overseas procurement of specialist finishes, and a compressed programme, this project demanded meticulous coordination from the outset.
One of the most technically complex elements was the installation of the ribbed walnut veneer paneling. At double height and around a pre-existing curved staircase with limited working space, ensuring each panel aligned seamlessly demanded absolute precision and careful coordination.
Through rigorous project management, detailed design and early procurement, Howard Brothers successfully delivered this stunning project on schedule and the results, we feel, speak for themselves.
