Nestled behind one of London’s most iconic landmarks lies MYO Lucent—an office space designed with the natural world at its core. Howard Brothers were appointed to the scheme to deliver bespoke joinery, stonework, and upholstery across all floors, bringing the architect’s vision of a nature-inspired workplace to life.
The premise of the scheme was that proximity to nature enhances productivity, mental health, and creativity. Interiors were crafted to be both welcoming and inspiring: dark timber surfaces meet lush marble detailing around a central, open-air atrium. Abundant natural light floods every level and with outdoor terraces on each floor and an internal green wall stretching the full height of the building, this is one unique workspace, that harmonises with nature, whilst celebrating its prime London location.

Summary
Located at one of London’s busiest intersections, the site posed significant logistical challenges. Strict ‘just-in-time’ delivery scheduling was required to avoid congestion and ensure smooth site installation progress.
Through meticulous planning and coordination, Howard Brothers managed this complex process seamlessly, allowing works to progress efficiently without disruption.
MYO Lucent is a rarity – a place that unites nature, wellbeing, and workplace functionality in the heart of central London. It was a pleasure to be involved with creating such a truly inspiring environment.
