Simon Discombe
Managing Director
Simon’s career began as a cabinet maker and grew through commercial and director roles before he led the management buyout of Howard Brothers in 1996. With decades of experience and a clear vision for quality, he has steered the company through sustained growth and industry-leading delivery for nearly 30 years.
Andrew Royce
Estimating Director
Andrew has spent 35 of his 45 years in the industry at Howard Brothers, rising from apprentice to shareholder Director. Known for his integrity and eye for detail, he brings deep commercial insight and a lasting passion for the craft. His career highlights include tendering and securing the works at the fire-damaged Windsor Castle in 1992, a project that shaped his approach to complex, high-stakes delivery.
