Howard Brothers delivered bespoke interiors across three floors of Dechert LLP’s new headquarters, set against the backdrop of St Paul’s Cathedral, London. The project prioritised a sustainable approach, opting for a refurbished building to reduce its overall environmental impact.
The space deservedly achieved a BREEAM “Excellent” rating, zero carbon status, and WELL Health-Safety certification, demonstrating a commitment to credible, sustainable design. The thoughtfully crafted interiors balance confidentiality, flexibility, and openness, reflecting the evolving culture of modern law firms.

Summary
This flagship project demanded meticulous project management and close coordination across all Howard Brothers departments to ensure its successful delivery.
With extensive timber, stone, upholstery, and metalwork elements, the detailed design works were paramount in the early project stages. Collaborating once again with HLW Architects made the process seamless and ultimately, extremely rewarding for all.
